Integrity, Inc. Launching a New Job Program Supported by Integrity Works

Integrity Works, a new work program supported by the nonprofit organization Integrity, Inc., will provide vocational assessment, job training and adult career placement in Central Arkansas with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Integrity Work Program is based on the First Employment policy, which states that all persons with disabilities find meaningful work, and become more independent, integrated, and productive members of society. This new program is part of Integrity, Inc.’s mission. which continues to help people with disabilities gain the skills and confidence they need to live independently to the greatest extent possible. “Integrity is very enthusiastic about this opportunity to provide support services to the citizens of Arkansas,” said Sandy Leonard, director of Integrity Works. “Integrity strongly believes that everyone is free from the ability to have the right to work and be productive in their community.”
Through vocational assessment, Integrity, Inc. find the strengths and talents of individuals to adapt them to the choice of training and employment that match their interests and abilities. Integrity Works offers extensive learning opportunities through internships, volunteers, and work-based experiences where individuals can develop job-related skills in an integrated community environment.
There is ongoing support throughout each step of the work path, from vocational assessment and initial job training to advanced job training across individual work.
